Reservations for our company Christmas dinner had...

Reservations for our company Christmas dinner had been arranged and confirmed. We were seated one hour after set reservation time. Our meal was served one hour after seating. My meal was, to be blunt, disgusting. It was overpriced, the vegitables were reheated or recooked, the meat burnt (ordered medium-rare), and there was hardly anything to it.
