Went well until I met the boss. Good team bad leadership.

Not friendly people at all. I will not be coming back.

Customer service is non existent, front reception seem unhappy to work there. I was sceptical about the already bad reviews posted about this company. I will not be bringing our company business to this firm.

I contacted Lucid Digital Media to have a logo designed for a new business. The mock ups I received looked poor and rushed. I received an invoice for 3 hours work. Eric was extremely rude on the phone when I questioned the price and asked me without explanation to "rip up" the invoice and never contact him again. I made no mention of not paying the invoice. I simply asked why it was so high based on previous logos. I would not recommend Lucid Digital Media.
