this company needs to understand that truth in there advertising and information provided on line matters to potential customers.

The staff was wonderful I brought my 16 month old granddaughter and they were very accommodating will be going back again

I had surgery on my foot and unable to drive for 6 weeks. Went to surprise my husband who resides at Iler Lodge LTC home. Arranged a driver to pick up the food, getting ready to eat and realize they forgot the ribs and forgot the shrimp. I called and the owner refused to remake the order. So, I had to arrange another pickup for the missing order and when I could finally have dinner with my husband, 1/2 was cold and soggy. Lack of customer service was unreal! never eating here again

Everything was fantastic! Only complaint is the garlic bread wasn't garlicky at all, it was more of a buttery bread and the booth next to the door. The prices are fitting as the big amount of food you receive is great! Will return for sure.

Called for reservations for Saturday night and was told they don't take reservations. Arrived 6 pm and waited approximately 20 minutes, during which time 4 parties came in WITH RESERVATIONS! The hostess was "sorry" about that. Perch was the special of the day but they didn't carry malt Vinegar?). My side dish was baby carrots (served out of the fridge cold). Hubby had ribs and chicken - waitress forgot chicken and needed reminder later to bring it. Nice to have a new business in town. U

Had breakfast last Saturday and returned Sunday for breakfast. The omelette was right up there with the best I've ever had. Also really enjoyed the pancakes with strawberry sauce. Excellent. We found the service more than adequate. Our server was friendly and returned three times to refill coffees.

Went to your facility yesterday! Stood at door and was totally ignored. Finally was seated. Sat for one hour after which I ask so called waitress when our meal wasdue to arrive only to have her return to tell us they were out of our food. If this business wants to continue in Essex they best hire a bus girl and trained waitresses. Every waitress (4) ran around looking busy and ignoring the clients. Not a good representation of theMichigan I have patronized on Manning for years. Rate 0

Completely ignored

Went in stood for 5 min at the door. Given a table in the middle of the room with menus and the lady left. Everyone was running around every single seriver walked past us several times.Several couples got sat and drinks we still sat there with our menus now 20 min later. Not one server made eye contact with us so we, since we were on a time limit, got up and left. Even walking to the door not one person stopped us or even looked our way. Went to a different restaurant won't bother going again.
