Maggie is a nightmare to deal with. Took us 7 months to talk to a physical person on the phone because they lost our application. For some reason she made this our fault. I would recommend any other company.
Poor customer service. Sparlings took my money and did not show up to fill my tanks for 3 weeks. I called no less than 5 times in that 3 weeks and was never given a courtesy call back or any answers on when they were coming. On one occasion I was told they had more important customers because they had less propane than me. If they weren't coming why take my money?
