Grubby bubbas

Princess St location is by far the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever seen in my life, how is this possible? the troll behind the counter was dirtier than the homeless people outside, she wears the same clothes (unwashed) for a min 5 days in a row. black under her finger nails. I walked out when I realized they keep the bar rag draped over the garage can for easy access or maybe added flavor. watched her use it to wipe the counter minutes before other guy made two pizzas on it.

WASH YOUR FREAKIN HANDS

we go in one night at around 1:30 am and we order our food and then watch the woman with the black hair and bad teeth take our money wipe her nose and make our food with out washing her hands.. then grabs the cheese and jams it in WITH HER DIRTY FREAKIN HANDS... come on now... thats SICK.. all while the owners son sits there and watches...NO thanks... that was the last visit to bubbas for me.. its called SOAP AND WATER PEOPLE........... USE IT.

LOVE IT!

So I LOVE bubbas Greats Poutines in the City !!! Fast service and They are always Nice to Us we go here all the time and will continue to go here ... they Gravy Rocks !!! ( princess st bubbas not so much the Guys are always so Rude)

Both the pizza and the poutine are so good I...

Both the pizza and the poutine are so good I usually break down and get both. I hear people complain about the grumpy woman serving and how they don't always get the right change back. I suggest you stop counting your nickels and dimes and leave a tip. I have always been nice to that woman and she treats me well! I've gotten free slices, poutine and a burger there just because I am nice and I leave a tip.

I haven't found a more enjoyable poutine anywhere in Kingston. The prices are steep but if you like the food as much as I do it's not that big of a deal. The burgers taste fantastic and are not greasy in the slightest. The service is a bit of a joke but it varies depending on how busy the store/delivery is. Recommended for any poutine/burger lovers.

AWESOME FOOD, the best take out in the city. Only once have i had a prob with the service ( which it why i ranked the service low.. they gave me some BS. I talked to the owner, she straightened everything out. I never order from anywhere else! ( except for Chinese. No where...and I mean NO WHERE else do they have poutine as good as them!! A warning however.. DO NOT order from the princess St. location. the food is BAD..like terrible. the meat in the burger should have been thrown away days before they cooked it. the service is pathetic. ( bubba's on king Rulez the City)

Great food, but the service from one staff member...

Great food, but the service from one staff member is consistently INCREDIBLY poor. She's the short, surly one. I called in for a pickup order: Her: Hellobubbas. Me: (cheerfully) Hi! I would like to place an order for pickup. Her: *total silence* Me: (places order) Her: OK. Me: So... I should be there in 5 minutes? Her: Yeah. *click* I am going to be complaining to Mary, as I am really sick of this woman.

All I have to say is go in and order your food. I guarantee you will watch them ring it in, handle money and then go make it without washing their hands or wearing gloves. It is absolutely disgusting. If you ask them to wash their hands they look at you like you have 8 heads. This is most definitely NOT a one time thing, it happens every time without fail. I will never eat there again, I am sick of having to fight with them every time I go in!! DON'T EAT THERE..very unhygenic.
