    Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work

    It was nice to see good old fashion customer service still exists. I had a room get wet from a small flood was tried calling other services but couldn't get anyone right way. I called William and within 30 mins he was at my door and ready to work. He went above and beyond, coming back to periodically check on the dryers and then cleaned all my carpets. Everything was cleaned up before the weekend ended.

    Booked Carpet cleaning

    We called William to confirm the cleaning of our house and we found him to be very rude and he hung up the phone on us.

    The day you called me it was pooring rain, I was out side in it.as I explained to you on the phone, I was being bugged by telemarketers, when I asked you if you were a telemarketer you said nothing ,i was working and wet thinking you were a telemarketer i snaped and i apoligized to you sir. I am good to everyone,friendly with everyone.you could have been understanding but you want to write something nagatived. That's fine I hope your over it now, anyone that's being drove nuts by telemarketers would understand I guess this dosent happen to you. Have a nice day

    William is the best!!

    The carpets look fantastic!! I have been wanting hardwood floors but can't afford them. William has given me new hope and confidence with my carpets. He was able to get rid of the most annoying stains. It is so uplifting to see the fresh clean look of my carpets that I actually have given up on. I highly recommend William for your carpet cleaning!! Thank you so much!!

    I looked up carpet cleaning,and found Super Clean Carpet Care and decided to give them a try,as long as they are available,i will call no other.They stand behind their work unconditionally with professional,punctional and friendly service.My carpets were challenging and i couldn,t be happier with the end results.i would recomend them to everyone.Thank you william
