Very disappointed with PS Appliance and Jims services. Misled me in my decision to repair vs. buy new. Wasted $210 on a broken unit and need to buy a new oven anyways (no diagnostic provided). Jim spent almost no time at all testing the unit when he was done which led us to burning one of our pans and a dinner. Also tried to charge me more than what we agreed to after his 7 minutes with unit. Luckily we were in the room once the smoke started. Offered little to no helpful customer service.
