My husband and I purchased a new toilet and the installation from Home Depot, but we were left without a properly installed toilet by the installers. The original “installers” couldn’t fix the floor phalange so they just placed the toilet on top, screwed it down and told us not to dance on the toilet! We were left with a leaky toilet. Joe came and fixed the install, and helped me to get my install fee back from Home Depot! This is the best service of my life! Thank you Joe.
