Their service is great. I heard people saying that they had a problem with this dealership, but as I asked they changed their staff and now they are very professional. You will not. Regret buying cars from them. I bought a Hyundai GT myself and it works perfect.
Please check for engine lights when starting any vehicle from Access Motors. I noticed after buying my car that the engine light wasn’t working. Less then 24hrs after purchase it blew up. The business is not Better Business Bureau of Canada ???????d. They may have OMVIC and UDCA creditship but that means nothing. The only people who can help you after you buy is the BBB if they are accredited and this business isn’t!
Before finalizing my car purchase, I worked with one of the staff members named Dave. He was very friendly, helpful, and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. He even went out of his way to drop me off and pick me up at work so the vehicle could be taken for a repair in the meantime. Overall, would recommend to others. -Fian
The worst delearship I've ever been to. After the deal was made I said I'd like to test drive the car before I sign the papers. They refused to let me test drive the car. After arguing for 30min they decided to let me test drive the car with the condition that I put a $500 deposit. That doesn't make any sense! I understand that if your test driving a Ferrari or Lambourhghini you need to put a deposit down. I've never herd of putting a deposit down for a car that's worth $12000.
Great customer service... these guys treated me like family. They took care of everything for me. I got a good car at a great deal and they didn't try to hide any detail about the car I was buying.. the aftersales service was also awesome!!!
Sell cars with problems and promise that the car has no issues at all and everything is in working condition. I was sold a car August 1st with numerous problems including safety issue, mechanical and performance issues which adds up to $10,000+ in repair (Mind you, it's a $10,000 car). None of it was disclosed at the time of purchase. Verbal promises they do not honor. Sent them a complaint letter and they say it's not their problem because it's my car now. The manager dodges my phone call.
As a part of deal, they promised 7" gps/dvd and FAILED to provide making excuses later on (ie. oh.. yahh..gotta fix the door... - working doors were a part of car ad description on a first place anyway!! ) Well.... I guess it was my bad - did not have that promise in writing :-/ Do not fall into Access Motors Cheap tricks... Not recommended !
