Bad Service,WORST FOOD,UNORGANIZED.Ok. entrtanment

the place is understaffed with just two waiters, Owner/Manager very friendly when you meet up with him before the party, but when you give constructive criticism at the end becomes very rude and UN-caring. It was for a 1st birthday, service was bad, waiters filled water at tables at the beginning and then stopped gradually because the place was understaffed. Food was disgusting. Very embarrassed over the food. noodles were WAY over cooked, Meat had many bones in each bite , hard to eat with utensils , "Chili chicken" was sour. and that is just some of what i have to say about the food. there was a sticker label in the salad. Entertainment was actually very impressing . Magician was GREAT! entertained the kids and the adults. The M.C could have been better. he wasn't that great. D.j was good. ****Dont be fooled by the good hall setup***** VIdeographer is good.
