Over priced, did not follow proper procedure and was overall unprofessional. Do not recommand.

Ibrahim was polite and courteous on the phone. He quoted me a reasonable wait time and was on time. He jumped out of his truck with a big friendly smile, an extended handshake, and an energetic hello. Carefully and professionally he unlocked my girlfriends car in less than 5 mins. From the initial phone call to my girlfriend driving away, was less than an hour. Ibrahim sets the quality of service bar high, and after today, I will never consider another towing company other than Alliance.
