    Very friendly, no...

    Very friendly, not rushed - took the time to explain many things. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and report was delivered the same day. Professional report with pictures of issues which will make it easy when it comes time to do the repairs.

    Lyall did an excellent job with our home inspection, was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was also very informative about maintenance and energy conservation advice, and was efficient and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend his services
