The service department needs to be better train in customer relations. I am certain Chrysler Canada would be appalled with the level of customer service being offered at there dealership.

Asked them to put my winter grill cover on since i have a Diesel pick up, I wasn’t familiar with putting it on for the first time. When I got home I realized they put the cover on but they didn’t bother cleaning the salt and the dirt off. Who puts any type of bra or cover directly on paint without wiping it down first. Not too impressed.

Awesome and honest people to deal with. No tricks or scams, just a good business.

I have always been treated well at Kawartha Chrysler and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a vehicle in Peterborough.
