terrible service, long wait time. rude staff. theres a better option just down the street at warden and sheppard.

Was there the other day, there was an older Chinese lady behind the desk that was raising her voice in Chinese. No idea what was being said, but felt it was very rude. If you are not Chinese, apparently you aren't welcome here. Seriously?

Nice waiting area, very very unfriendly, terrible services!

Beautiful, clean and spacious medical center but the wait time is long. Understandable that this happens in these types of facilities but it would be nice if the staff kept the patients informed as to how long they have to wait so that we can decide if we want to stay or come another day. Staff is polite but don't provide this important information that is an important part of customer service.

I need to do a chest x-ray. Called the lab, they said no appointment need, just walk in and wait. I went there at Saturday, arrived around 10:30. The receptionist said there were 6 or 7 peoples ahead of me, waiting time about 1 hour. I ended up waited two hours for a 10 minutes chest X-ray. They have no customer care at all. If I knew will wait that long, I would have leave and choose another day to do it.
