Boston Pizza

We ordered take out for a specific time. Two pizzas and a dessert. When we went to pick them up the whole restaurant seemed to be very unorganized and no one seemed to know what they were doing. We got the food home. It was cold. It was probably made at the time the order was placed, 1.5 hours prior, instead of closer to the specific time I said I wanted it ready. The pizzas, Ive never seen such poorly made pizzas from Boston Pizza before. The sour cream for my pizza was half filled and frozen.

The restaurant was not clean. The men's nwashroom,was disgusting. I ordered a pasta dish which came not the way it was ordered. The pasta was cold with little sauce.the server argued with me that the shrimp did not come the way I ordered them but later brought me a side dish of the shrimp. By the time the extra sauce came my dinner was too cold to eat and the extra sauce was cold. Service was very slow.

Great pizza & wings

Best pizza we ever had. Our friends had wings and they really enjoyed them. Atmosphere nice. Would definetely go back again. Could not believe some of the reviews that it was bad. Our food was delicious. Waitress could have waited a few more minutes as she started boxing up our leftovers and one of our party was not even finished eating, other then that was great.

Would Reccomend

Had lunch midweek, the service good and the food was served quickly, I had asked for a change on the menu and it was no problem at all. Had the thin crust Sicilian Pizza it was expensive but the quality was good and did not feel stuffed like one often does after having Pizza. I will go back for sure.

Boston Pizza Simcoe Location

I was quite dissapointed with the quality its a nice restaurent but they need a new cook ! I ate pretty much the same another day at the Hamilton Location and was SO much better which is what encouraged me to visit the Simcoe Location The pizza was fine not the best but I have certainly had much worse mine was a bit over cooked and very crunchy but the crust was just how I hoped it would be the ambeince and entartainment is quite well foods not bad if it was as good as the other locations I'd certainly go again but with the cook they have I'm obviously not going again the service wasn't the worse I have had I wasn't suprised they didn't come back to often as it was extreamly crowded in there though I wish they didn't give me a table next to a large family and a few crying babies that was quite annoying trying to eat listen to babies screaming I even mention that too a waiter and they did nothing I just got a nervous 'Uhm..... Alright " , It took forever to get the food probaly close to 40 minutes to 60 minutes all that while listening to plates clashing together babies crying and old people talking very loudly might try again on not such a crowded night its been quite awhile since I went so it may have improoved espcially aftern my talk with they're 19 year old female manager on her cell phoen with her boyfreind ... nice choice of manager I guess most of the waiters and waitresses seemed like a better candidate in my opinion . Overall I would give it a 5-6 Next time I want good food I'l take an hour and drive to the Hamilton Location which was MUCH better .

Yuck!!

Very expensive!!! $60.00 for what. Frozen pizza, tasteless salad and hardly no meat in the nachos...Come on...We even told them that we would pay for extra meat. The service was horrible...Never came back to see how things were and we wanted to have a drink. We asked for our bill, paid and vowed never, ever again.

wont be coming here again

the food here is just terrible!!! I think my wings were still frozen in the middle. Everyting was frozen and probably nuked. We did not have a pleasant dining experience at all but the service seemed to be okay.

Disgusting food, okay ambience

The food here is really bad, all cookie cutter menu items that are pre made. The taste is bland and everything seems to be covered in cheese or sauce. The decor seems to be okay but definately does not match the food. We wont be dining here again

EVERYTHING IS PRE MADE

I hated the food here. Everything was premade out of a box and tasted horrible!!! it really reminded my of microwave dinners and my family and I will NEVER go back. EW
