I would have to agree with the comments of poor customer service below. I walked in, looked for help and got little. In fact one store clerk told me if I ordered something in and had to return it, there was a restocking fee, but she didnt know how much and the other clerk told me there were no restocking fees, and once I ordered it, I was stuck with it regardless if I liked it or not. She seemed like she could care less about helping me and just wanted to stand around. Will not be returning.

A rating of terrible is too good for this store. Yes beautiful lighting but staff member was unbelievably rude and needs to be fired. Read the reviews before you shop here. Horrible experience! Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!

We have purchased several lighting fixtures from this store in the last few weeks and would highly recommend it . The owner went out of his way to help us when we ran into a problem cutting the wires too short, he rewired the light fixture right away while we waited. We found the staff very helpful and friendly,especially Casey and Josie..Thanks for making it such a positive experience! Will definetly go back!

The owner of this place, I think his is Don is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I'd never step foot in this business again after the way I was treated in there. Completely unprofessional people!!!!

They have a huge store to look through, but no one willing to help. Me and my husband walked around the store for 20 minutes without anyone asking to help. When I asked for assistance, I got attitude instead. Never going back.
