Hi Quality and good service

Our two patio doors were delivered and installed by GIT in 2014. The Kitchen /Basement windows were installed in 2016. We are happy! Dealing business with GIT with the assistance of their Sales Representative Paulo A., communication was good. Their installers are so experienced and skilled that the end result is greatly appreciated. Well done and highly recommended.

No Commitment to Customer Service

GIT accepted fact that windows were defective and that they are under warranty. After several months of broken commitments on their part, the windows have still not been replaced. At one point the receptionist of GIT mentioned that clients have been waiting upwards of 20 months for warranty work. Do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase products from this company.

After postponing ...

After postponing installation, windows were finally installed after the first snowfall. I ordered these widows during the summer. The mess was indescribable. Now that the snow is all gone, I see the mess and debris they left outside. 9 windows and a bay window. Spent lots of money. The windows are lovely! The wood trim around each window they installed was done with the cheapest, chinciest UNPAINTED wood. Can't even get a nail to stay in this soft wood. I will never recommend this company.

I own GIT windows...

I own GIT windows and doors for 23 years now. It is very impressive the quality of those windows, since the look and perform the same way as when I bought them. I had to change one thermo, and the customer Service helped me and my wife very nicely. Their warranty also delivers an extra peace of mind, since we had labor included for 10 years. So when we changed the thermo, it was free of charge!
