Customer service ...
Customer service was more than sub par. No reasonable delivery service (I am 140km away from store) and picking up my items once they arrived was more than complicated. They wanted me to: Go to the store to pick up an delivery order receipt (already paid the items in full and had original receipt...) and then go to their warehouse to pick up my items. I requested the said paperwork be emailed to me but the answer was a flat out no. It was company policy. I'm limited to 500 but i could go on.
