    It is not my first year using the service of this company !!!!! But this year they are not capable of doing what they got paid for as the snow came a little too early for them. E-mails are not answered. On the phone they are busy and try to hang up. When you go over - the job will be done tomorrow - but it will not.

    January 20 we had a major blizzard. Bo-Pelouse came once at 3 pm and did the very bottom of the driveway. Cars were on the street by 5.30. They never came back. Supposed to work until 8 pm. Cleared snow by hand. No service. Sent email. Instead of getting back to me, owner comes to my house and starts taking pictures of my license plates. I caught him. He told me that. That is a threat. No service, takes my money and then comes to my house to threaten me and my family. STAY AWAY!!!

    First snowfall of the year and no Bo Pelouse! Tried to call them, but their answering machine was full. Wonder why!! Guess what, Marc just hung up on me and cancelled my contract. Beware! He then posted that I had sent a threatening email? This is threatening??”Been a customer for probably 5 years or more, but if this is what’s to come, will definitely shop around next year.” Great customer service!!!

    Excellent service. Snow cleared quickly after snowfall. Offer the option to call you to let you know when they will doing a final pass.

    I had been a customer for a number of years but their excellent service deteriorated until last year,when I had no service at all. When I called the office, the receptionist hung up,when I called again,she was rude and angry.I was told that I had acted rudely by swearing at the receptionist when I never had done this;it is not in my nature.Given the numerous reports of similar behaviors from other customers,the company may want to take a close look at their staff to avoid losing more clients.
