I'll start by saying i have been doing multiple renovations projects, used different businesses and never had the same situation. I gave a chance to Factory direct because i know the owner from the past, but turns out to be a total nightmare dealing with his company. 1) they lie on the delay of fabrication and installation just to win a contract.
