Very very very poor service. I was there today for tire check and the front guy treated me so rudely.when i approched him he said rudely what's up. And said i can't help you as we are too busy. Never ever go there

Stayed to quote, miscommunication with sales rep, but manager caught the bill due to my car not needing the extra work and credited me back 190.00 after I had already paid the bill. Honest, and greatly appreciated friendly service during a very busy time. They quickly got my son an appointment for the next business day to have his tires done too. Very happy with this business.

Terrible service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Went in October and asked them to order and install rims on my winter tires. Was told it would take up to 2 weeks for them to arrive. I waited 2.5 weeks, no phone call, so I phoned and asked for an update. Was told they would check and get back to me. Over the next 2 weeks I called three times, and all three times told the same thing. Finally I went in and made them check for me. Found out the order was never actually placed. I had waited a month for rims that were never ordered.

I went for tire repair, was told my tube was shot & forced me to purchase a new one as they would not re-inflate 2. tire they sold me was not studded (I had paid extra for studding) 3. they studded the2ndtire incorrectly, tried to convince me it was fine. I finally had them set the studs correctly. 4. My encounter with the current manager made me suspect, his tone was condescending and his story kept changing. Tried giving me a shoddy tire and tried to convince me it was fine. So done.
