Comfort Cabs

Booked at 10am for 1035, needed to go 5 blocks with luggage, first cab showed up across the street on time, couldn't be bothered to turn around and took off. Text comes at 1045 saying cab is 2 mins away, cab arrived 1055. I was late and missed my connecting ride, costing me an entire day. They still charged me, wouldnt refund, nothing but excuses. Horrible service will never use again, please consider supporting other companies long before this one.

I tried getting thru to book a taxi and had to wait and wait and when the gentleman came on he was extremely rude. These cab drivers would not have a job if they continued to treat people that way. Comfort Cab I will never take, if possible. I also booked on line and have never received a confirmation whether you received so do not know if I will have a rude

It was a safe ride, it was about a week ago and I needed a ride home from a party, it was comfortable and I didn’t feel unsafe, they were on time despite it being around midnight on a Friday. I didn’t have to wait long, I called and within ten minutes I got picked up.

I always get to call here instead of anywhere else. Sends the cab sooner and always come across friendly drivers. Even got me a cab in a blizzard when I needed one. Reliable, fair, and friendly!
