My experiences: went to buy a crf450x was told it would arrive in a month, that was fine planned a trip and called to get bike and was told it wasn’t in Canada. So I settled for a 450 instead so I didn’t have to cancel the trip that already had costed me money. Had bike dropped off for recall and called a week later to check on status. Was told they are closed for a couple days doing inventory? It’s worth it to just deal with the one that’s outside of city
Here are a list of reasons I am rating Honda One with one star:
Very expensive compared to other parts retailers: I can buy the same OEM parts online for a fraction of the cost
Poor customer service: Ordering the same part 4 times because parts lost the order, and ordered the wrong part having to wait 3 weeks total
Poor stock: You will almost always have to wait for a part unless it is oil or something very popular
Never answer calls: Every time I call the parts desk is 30 minutes
i find the customer service lacking big time! i'm not going to badmouth the business here but they need to improve in quite a few areas, especially custom service. i would recommend going elsewhere.
I came to your store this past saturday looking to purchase two dirtbikes. My spouse and I walked around the bikes in the showroom for about fifteen minutes looking around waiting for a salesman. At one point a salesman came over around us and as I tried to talk to him , he just walked away. The recptionest didn't ask how we were making out, or if we needed help.It wasn't even busy.
We came in to buy two $7,000 bikes, but no help was given or service offered.
Lacking customer service.
