Horrible customer service. And the food ain’t fit to eat. Very ignorant staff

Majority of Staff are ignorant. Refuse to cook white meat chicken on several occasions because they already had dark cooked. Often swear around customers and are often seen taking the phone off the hook so as to avoid more orders. Management need to step in and make some changes.

They are extremely busy, so bring your patience. If they are that busy and are not the only chicken joint in town, you know it is good! I did not give 5 stars because I am convinced that their food at the previous location was better. But I may be wrong.

Rough around the edges staff. Owners more focused on profit than service. 2017 and no interact or credit: cash only. Burgers were salty and cheap greasy hamburger meat used. Fries were frozen fries.
