There's a woman there, who may be a manager, that may make a possibly great establishment quite inadequate.

This establishment was supposed to host a Deaf Event this Saturday, January 13th. After being refused access to closed captioning in the TV's, and ignoring calls and emails from the coordinator of the event, the event was forced to be cancelled, after being booked for several weeks. This establishment is unresponsive to customers and discriminatory to the Deaf community.

Worst experience. Came in for a pint, pool and grub. Was insulted, accused of being too intoxicated or possibly on drugs or in the servers words as "clearly on something..." so wouldnt serve us alcohol. None of us had more then one beer at home before arriving. Still completely coherant. This just happened 30 minutes ago. Most disappointing night of my life when came to have a good time with my best friends. Never been so offended in my life. Feeling discriminated for how i looked.

Waiting 2 hours for a pool table when 3 tables were "reserved". Food was mediocre, service was slow. Will not return.

Okay place to hang out but poor food

I came here with a group of about 10 family friends on a cool fall night. We took two combined tables and played some pool for a while, and then we sat down to order our food. Since we were a large party the food took quite long but that was expected. What we didn't expect was the poor quality of the food. I can't remember what anyone ordered, but I do know that out of the 11 or 12 of us only 3 people enjoyed their meal. So one of the adults pulled our waiter aside and let him have it. And I mean really let him have it. He ranted about how terrible the food was, how the staff should have been better trained, and how the managers should have made sure that the food quality was above par. It definitely helped release some of the tension, but we all left very disappointed. I have not been back since then, and I don't plan on ever returning. Even before that experience the food was consistently of poor quality and little flavour. Come here to play pool. Don't come here for fine dining. We made that mistake.

This is a great place to spend a coupple hours, the food is quite good, but when you add it all up at the end it seems pricey. The tables are of great quality and service is good. The only problem is the food, and the Beer is expensive.
