Excellent and knowledgeable service by a pleasant and helpful staff, especially Molly. They replaced my pool cover at no cost when the manufacturer would not honor the warranty/ snd they fid it quickly with s smile!

I read these other reviews and was shocked. I have been going to this place for years. The Manager is great she takes time to help me with my problems either with advise of a needed part at low prices then the other surrounding shops in the area. I have had a replacement liner cover done by the owner and he has also talked me through repairs for my pool and hot tub. So trust me when I say they are great to deal with and my first call each and every time.

I had excellent service from the first consultation through to the completion of our our dream pool. For our pool we wanted 10' of water in the deep end for diving, other companies that quoted for us would only do a shallower lap pool. The overall size was 20' wide by 43' long and it was the best thing we have done for our family; especially over the long hot summers and during the pandemic when everything was closed we could still swim with out children. Free water testing, over priced chemicals and not very informative. They test your water and just start telling you what needs to be done, unless you ask why, even when told this is the first test ever. Wanted me to use a phosphate remover ($40) and shock, I instead just shocked with some Purox ($7) and the phosphates dropped on their own and everything else went to normal. Who knows how much unnecessary chemicals theyve made me use in the past. Do my own research now to correct chemistry.
