Today we finally found a truly honest,and reputable company that we can rely on when it comes to plumbing and heating. They serviced our furnace quicker than we anticipated and could not believe how straight forward, friendly and helpful their workers are. After 4 days with no running water(thanks to 3 contractors agreeing to do the job and then cancelling for various unacceptable reasons), a friend learned of my situation and recommended Alfidome. I called the office and left a message. Frank returned my call that day, showed up to evaluate the situation, offered a price quote and had it fixed within 48 hours AND they completed the job in terrible weather conditions. Total professionals, my only regret is not calling them sooner.

Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.
