Glad to see they have a "no dry only" policy. The dryers are always clean that way, as well as the rest of the place is immaculate!

I bought a designer dress which said on the tags do not dry clean and do not wash, so I was really concerned about ruining it. The lady I spoke with was really knowledgeable and suggested how it could be cleaned, it was really reassuring so I took the plunge and got it cleaned and it looks perfect!
