I had a great experience working with Water Guard Plumbing. During the free estimate they explained the problem in simple terms and provided a competitive quote. On the day of the job, the team showed up on time and took great care to prep my home to not be impacted by what was going to be a dirty job. The old pipe was replaced, newer shoddy plumbing fixed, and pipes covered up again. Great customer service and on budget.

I had a problem with my main drain pipe being plugged and called another company to fix it. They put a camera in and found that tree roots had gotten into the pipe and blocked it. They wanted $8700 to fix it. I then looked for someone else to fix it and found Grieco Frank & Peter Contracting. They wanted only about half the cost. The other company said it would take all week to do it, but Grieco did it in only 2 days. The other company wanted me to pay everything up front with my credit card while Grieco billed me after they finished. I'm sure glad I found them - they saved me a lot of money.

Very prompt service. The technician Todd was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Our main drain was clogged with an excessive amount of grease buildup and needed to be cleared and hydro scrubbed. It was a big job and they had all the proper equipment. They also made time to replace to faucets for me that I had supplied them with.
Both technicians wore their masks at all times and were very respectful of social distancing due to COVID.

Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. To be quite honest, never could have been any happier. The prices are pretty reasonable for a flat rate company as the price includes warranty costs, gas/truck charges, material, labor.. ect

The sewer drain pipe inspection (with CCTV camera!) revealed my drainage troubles and the guys fixed them professionally and quickly. Andriy and His team are working in my house right now. I am waterproofing my house and so far I am so happy with their work and Service. Very Clean, professional, and a reasonable price compare to other companies and they know what they are exactly doing. There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !
