We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! Great service and a delicious meal consistent with what i expect from this restaurant. The garlic bread was fresh, the arrabbiata sauce (Hell's Kitchen chicken) was spicy, and the service was friendly. Their Spanish Coffee wasn't as good as I'd expected, but a decent cup of coffee is a rarity in most restaurants... My only complaints are that the temperature inside was cold, and the booths seem a little cramped. Lire plus

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Lire plus

An out of the way little house that looks like a local take out pizza joint. Walk in and there are a few tables. Sit down and order and get some of the best Italian food I have had in Ottawa. Ask what the special is, you never know. We stared wit a sausage appetizer that is to die for, flavorful and spiced just right. There were 6 of us so we all ordered different things and tried each others. There was not a loser in the bunch. Skip the insalata, it is just greens on a plate. The veal picatta was outstanding and the pastas were great. Get the house wine, the night we were there it was a very good valpolicella.
