Just received my family ring which was re-sized for me. It looks marvelous. Also left my daughters earrings to have new hooks with white gold. They rushed the order so they would be ready for her birthday. Thanks Artistry in Gold for a job well done.

Artistry in Gold, does not give cash refunds, which is understandable. However when calling to ask about the possibility of a refund the man on the phone was rude,and then when I asked what his name was he refused to provide it, I asked what his position was. and he also refused to provide it, and started laughing. I think he is the owner, obviously not a professional, and does not value his clients. Go to Calgary or Edmonton, I tried to shop local and only called with a simple question.
