Artistry in Gold, does not give cash refunds, which is understandable. However when calling to ask about the possibility of a refund the man on the phone was rude,and then when I asked what his name was he refused to provide it, I asked what his position was. and he also refused to provide it, and started laughing. I think he is the owner, obviously not a professional, and does not value his clients. Go to Calgary or Edmonton, I tried to shop local and only called with a simple question.
