Would give zero stars if i could. Misdiagnosed fridge issue after paying for the part. Dragged on for a month with excuse after excuse why he couldnt finish job. I decided to cut my losses after a month of waiting and experiencing condesending and disrespectful behavior. Went to someone else that had it fixed within 24 hours with service and a smile. Would never recommend this guy. Truly a horrible customer experience.

Tony is one of those service guys that you hope never retires. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Have used his services twice now and both times he was friendly, explained everything, and tried the most cost effective solution first and got the job done promptly.
